Talk to Us About Your ProjectA general contractor typically gives you one price, with trade and supplier costs built into it. With construction management, trades price their work, we tender and review it with you, and you pay approved invoices directly. Our management fee is agreed separately, so you can see what the work costs and what you're paying us to manage it.
Our fee is established with you at the start, based on the size and scope of your project. It covers project management, administration and design coordination, and site supervision. We'll walk you through it before anything is signed.
You see the numbers we see. Trades and suppliers price their work, we review the pricing with you, and you pay approved invoices directly. We also check quantities, invoices and completed work against what was quoted. If something changes, we talk about it with you rather than burying it in the final bill.
Yes. If you already have an architect or designer, we'll work alongside them and manage the construction side. If you've purchased or are considering a log, panelized or packaged home, we can also work with the supplier and coordinate the site work, installation and trades needed to complete the project.
