This year we took the journey to build our dream garage and if you have seen pictures or driven by I’m sure you will agree it turned out amazing!!

We met Braun Custom Builds at the Haliburton Home Show and discussed our interests.  Travis Braun reached out to us shortly after and we began to make plans for this build.  Travis’ team ran the build from design, with our input, to completion including all material ordering, building permits and inspections.

To say having Braun run the build reduced stress is an understatement. We were able to enjoy watching the progress and know all the details were being handled. We were kept informed along the way including potential material delays (which in the end there were not any!).

The build team of Jim, Justin, Chris and Keenan were truly awesome to work with. They showed up on-time everyday, were extremely pleasant and very professional.  They were always there to discuss what was being done and what the schedule for the days forward looked like. The build site was kept clean throughout the build process.

I also have to include how amazing the subcontractors were.  Haliburton Excavating did an amazing job preparing the site, the foundation and the final steps of our new driveway. Sharp Electric was also amazing installing both a new panel in the house and the panel in the garage.  The pot lights installed look incredible.

Braun Custom Builds took our dream and made it a reality.  What could have been stressful turned out to be an amazing experience.  Even the dreaded billing along the way was stress free thanks to Stacy in the office.

I highly recommend anyone looking at having a new build, a renovation or a remodel at minimum check out Braun Custom Builds. If you choose them for your project you will be involved, be well informed and you will absolutely get the results you are looking for.

My basement flooded and I needed a gut-out and full basement renovation. I entered my house through my walk-out basement- so it was very important to have the right feel and image. Travis managed my project professionally and expertly. He was able to make suggestions that made huge differences in the end result of my project.

It was his creativity and asking of questions to understand my vision that allowed my basement to transform to something more than I could have ever dreamed of. I received so many compliments after completion on the quality of workmanship and amazing transformation the basement made to my whole house!

We had various estimates to undertake renovation work in our house that involved extensive internal and external modifications to the upstairs area. We decided to employ Travis and have never regretted that choice.

They looked after all the renovation drawing work and submittals to the City of St Catherines for the permits and approvals…. 

The disruption of our continued living in our house during the renovations was kept to an absolute minimum by their good planning and scheduling of the renovation work.

They kept a very tidy construction area, both inside and out, which was very much appreciated by us and the family dog. After all the renovation work was completed they cleaned the house very thoroughly of any remaining dust and debris.

Travis and his team executed a complete renovation of our main bathroom flawlessly. Quality, communication and costs all met or exceeded our expectations. Well done.

We bought a new house and wanted our basement finished including a family room, fireplace, games room, den and bathroom as well as a patio door, a new deck and fences. We contacted Travis Braun to give us a quote for the whole job. He came and measured everything and listened to what we wanted.

I met Travis Braun the summer of 2006. He was hired to build a new apartment in the basement of my mother’s house. He ca me to the house early e very day and worked diligently until the apartment was completed. Quality workmanship was evident at every stage of the construction.
